Competitive and tapering rates :
 Save up to 30% compared to other rates proposed by rental agencies or hotels located in this district.

Tarifs include :
 welcome reception in the studio, with guidance on insurance,
 equippment utilization notices, such as lectricity, water, sheets, towels, etc.

- Off-peak season reduced rates :
65 € / day (for a minimum 5 night stay),
350 € / week,
1100 € / month.

- High season rates (Christmas-New Year, July and August) :
75 € / day (for a minimum 3 night stay),
450 € / week.,
1200 € / month.

 A 20% down deposit of the total price is required in advance to secure your reservation.

- Housework Cleaning is at the charge of the tenant at the end of the stay. This commitment will not be required for an extra charge of 20 € before your departure.
